Colson Baker is a musician originally from Houston, Texas, and quickly became a reference in alternative music, mainly for the musical mix of rap-rock, rap metal, thrash, and punk rock with a bit of hip-hop. He has gained a reputation for adding enthusiasm to his performances, as he likes to immerse himself in his audience during his live shows. Starting his music career as a teenager, MGK, as he has nicknamed himself, has achieved unprecedented success, having sold thousands of copies of his albums, including his first, "Lace Up," which had over 264,000 copies sold as of 2018.
