Ozzy Osbourne is one of the most fantastic characters in the history of Rock and Metal. All the admiration for the Madman is due to his charisma, but above all, for the career he has built over the years.
After releasing a plethora of classics as the lead singer of the greatest heavy metal band in history (incidentally, the band in question is BLACK SABBATH), Ozzy assembled a very talented band and presented his first album "Blizzard Of Ozz," to the world in 1980.
At the end of 1981, Ozzy's band releases "Diary Of A Madman," which is a great album and one of the greatest albums in the history of Heavy Metal.
Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Ozzy Osbourne's Diary of a Madman with the Pop! Album collectible. Never forget where it started or the journey that unfolded along the way.

Curiosity: although the lineup featured on the album cover includes bassist Rudy Sarzo and drummer Tommy Aldridge as OZZY OSBOURNE's bandmates, the songs were actually recorded in January and February 1981 by bassist Bob Daisley and drummer Lee Kerslake.
On the 2002 reissue of the album, the tracks originally played by Daisley and Kerslake were replaced by drummer Mike Bordin (FAITH NO MORE), and bassist Robert Trujillo (now in METALLICA) after Daisley and Kerslake sued Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne for royalties.
