Christopher George Latore Wallace, better known by The Notorious B.I.G., is one of the biggest rap artists. The American musician was born and raised in New York City - and has left an invaluable legacy for hip-hop.
Before he was immortalized as Notorious B.I.G., the rapper adopted MC Quest and later Biggie Smalls. Only when another musician claimed "Biggie Smalls," he became, once and for all, The Notorious B.I.G.
He set a standard that people try and live up to decades after his passing, and nothing about this rap legend was small. Is there any other way to make your Pops notorious?

Despite being one of the most iconic rappers in music history, Notorious B.I.G. has never won a Grammy. He was nominated four times but remained one of several hip-hop names, which unfortunately never won the award, such as Busta Rhymes AND Tupac.
Nevertheless, the Grammy awards do nothing to change the talent and respect for Notorious B.I.G.'s history and legacy.

In addition to having worldwide known authorial songs, Notorious B.I.G. was also a great ghostwriter. For example, the rapper wrote "Queen Bitch" for Lil' Kim, and several of the musician's rhymes were written by the iconic rapper, even if the authorship was attributed to Lil' Kim.
Besides being an excellent rapper, Notorious B.I.G. was an outstanding student. As a teenager, he started rapping and asked to transfer to George Westinghouse Career and Technical Education High School in Downtown Brooklyn, where D.M.X., Jay-Z, and Busta Rhymes also attended.
