Star Wars: Visions was one of the most recent chapters in the Star Wars saga, a true work of art as it expanded the Star Wars front with some non-Skywalker content.
This time the mysteries of a galaxy far, far away have been portrayed in the striking Japanese traits of seven different famous anime studios.
In all, the anthology had nine episodes telling untold stories that expanded the mythology of this universe in a way never before seen.

The series premiered on September 22, with new episodes every week, but the third episode -
The Twins - was undoubtedly one of its biggest successes.
The Twins is a unique story that captures what
Star Wars: Visions is all about, and it is excited that Funko is bringing it to a collectible form.
The Twins story explores the franchise's future, following the First Order's ultimate fall to the Resistance forces in
The Rise of Skywalker.
In the episode, we see the clash between a pair of twin brothers, created by the dark side of the Force, who are on a quest to control the galaxy. Although both have devised a plan to build a powerful weapon capable of destroying planets, Karre ends up turning to the light.
The studio decided to homage the saga by addressing one of the most intrinsic Star Wars concepts: twin brothers. Not only that, but the twins represent good and evil.
Much of the episode takes place in open space, where we have the actual conflict between the twins for the kyber crystal that will trigger the powerful weapon. Besides psychedelic scenes and a shrill fight between Am and Karre, the episode explores the use of the Force.
Not only does Karre have visions of the future, but at specific points, the twins are able to have off-air conversations where Karre tries to convince his sister to abandon her evil plan. Am embraces the dark side and Karre the light side in one of these situations, and they both face each other.
Visually, the animation explodes in blue and red colors, making the conflict very psychedelic with lightning bolts escaping from both their hands. In addition, there is an excellent homage to
The Last Jedi episode, with explicit references during the duel.
The tribute makes sense if we stop to think about the duality addressed both here and in episode 8. Therefore, the visual and conceptual link built is thought-provoking.
In short,
The Twins is a stunning episode that explores a theme already well known to Star Wars fans with sprawling visuals. The characteristic shounen anime style, coupled with lines expressed with a lot of emotion by the characters, catches the attention, especially those accustomed to Japanese animation.
The ending opens some possibilities, but the story is already so intriguing that by itself, it already wins the audience.
