Avengers: Endgame brought many striking phrases; some of them even appeared at the last minute. One of the film's most iconic lines generated many hashtags, commotion and brought many tears to the Marvel franchise fans.
During Tony's funeral, his daughter Morgan and his wife Pepper Potts are at home watching a hologram of him projected from the Mark 85 armor helmet, with Tony's message before his death.
At the end of the speech, Tony gets up from the chair where he was sitting, goes to the helmet to close the message, but looks directly at his daughter Morgan and says: 'I love you 3000'.
If you watched and got emotional with the Avengers movie, this is for you!

Avengers: Endgame reveals Tony Stark's (Robert Downey Jr.) final thoughts before he died. The culmination of everything in the MCU since Joe and Anthony Russo's Iron Man movie began in 2008 also marked the end of some of the franchise's beloved heroes.
Iron Man decided to take down the villain once and for all, wielding the power of all the Infinity Stones and driving him out of existence - unfortunately, also killing himself in the process.
Stark's death scene was quiet and solemn, devoid of jokes, despite the character being known for his unstable nature.

While Stark's death is supposedly happening in the middle of the massive Endgame battle with essentially every MCU hero scattered in the area, the scene was shot separately.
Only War Machine, Peter Parker and Paltrow, were called to the set, giving Downey a darker, quieter environment to act.
The decision for Stark to say nothing was Downey's idea (the "I am Iron Man" line was added later) and, frankly, emphasizes the seriousness of what is happening - the hero is dying. He will no longer be a key figure in the universe. The scene is also Downey's final performance.
As sad as Stark's performance was, it gave him a whole arc, which began in Iron Man and ended in Avengers: Endgame. Downey played the character brilliantly for over a decade, and fans will definitely miss him in the MCU.
