2022 NEW DCeased: Green Lantern Funko Pop! Comic Cover

The DCeased event brought tragedy and horror to DC’s favorite heroes, showing the characters becoming zombies.

In the DCeased story, a virus is released on Earth by a very dark version of Darkseid, affecting 600 million people. As a result, everyone turns into violent monsters, even some heroes.

The survivors join together to try to save the world. But so far, the balance is pretty negative. Lois Lane acts as the series’ narrator, detailing how the events took place over the course of a few weeks.

Hal Jordan, the Green Lantern, was the last hero to be killed in the comic. With that, Black Canary, surprisingly, took over the mantle.

This is quite a change in the Green Lantern story. In other stories, the trio of John Stewart, Guy Gardner, and Kyle Rayner would come before Dinah Lance. But in a world of monsters, the order was changed.
