Lightyear, the small robotic cat named Sox is a personal companion presented as a gift to Buzz Lightyear after a mission goes awry.
A therapy device of sorts, Sox is designed to do anything Buzz requires, including monitoring his mental health and providing nightly sleep sounds.
While Sox is just a supporting character in the film, he quickly became a fan favorite thanks to his cute design and pleasing personality.
In fact, many viewers have already begun asking for their own real-life version of Sox! So who knows - maybe we'll see robotic cats becoming a popular pet in the years to come.

Toy Story's imagery and into space to enter the world that gave birth to the toy that has gripped generations.
