The figures capture the dragon's essence with its impressive wingspan and fearsome expression.
Much to the chagrin of us all, season 1 of House of the Dragon has ended.
Set 200 years before Game of Thrones and based on the book "Fire & Blood" by George R.R. Martin, the series gave us several memorable characters, such as Rhaenyra and Daemon Targaryen, Alicent Hightower, and even Rhaenys, the "Queen Who Never Was."
However, where there is Targaryen, there is a dragon! Different in appearance and personality, these beasts have been making a splash whenever they cross the skies of Westeros.
Belonging to Daemon Targaryen, Caraxes is an imposing ruby-colored dragon.
They formerly served Aemon Targaryen, son of King Jaehaerys and uncle to Daemon and Viserys I (Paddy Considine).
He was introduced in the first episode and has formed a ruthless duo with his master, especially during battles. His insatiable appetite has earned him the nickname "Bloody Worm."

With HBO's second season already ordered, the spin-off House of the Dragon has proven to be a massive hit with audiences during its first few episodes.
Thus, recently, Warner Bros. Discovery, which owns the network, announced that the production focused on House of Targaryen had the channel's highest-rated season finale since the last episode of Game of Thrones aired in 2019.
According to data gathered by The Hollywood Reporter, the series averaged 20 million viewers throughout the season.
The show's premiere alone, on August 21, attracted about 10 million viewers to HBO, generating good engagement on HBO Max, streaming in which the episodes were made available soon after the current showing on television.
Directed by executive producer Ryan Condal and based on the novel Fire and Blood by George R.R. Martin, the series is set many years before the birth of Daenerys Targaryen.
We can find Emma D'Arcy, Olivia Cooke, Paddy Considine, Matt Smith, Rhys Ifans, Steve Toussaint, and Eve Best in the lead roles.
Although it was heavily criticized in its final stages, House of the Dragon held the audience from beginning to end, even though the audience suffered to assimilate the abrupt passage of time that occurred in the middle of the season.
Among the significant changes was the swapping of Rhaenyra Targaryen and Alicent Hightower, previously played by Milly Alcock and Emily Carey.
Both characters were introduced in the story while still in their teens when they were close friends. However, because of the decisions of King Viserys I, a great rivalry arose, thus motivating the birth of a cold war. It seems that season 2 will begin to focus on the Dance of the Dragons, which is filled with many bloody battles.
This event in Targaryen history was primarily responsible for decimating certain bloodlines and wiping out several dragons.
At the end of season 1, "The Black Queen" showed the inner strength of Rhaenyra Targaryen, who, after giving birth to a stillborn child and cremating him, sent her two sons, Lucerys and Jacaerys, as messengers throughout Westeros.
Season 2 still has no premiere date set by HBO. So let's wait for the news!
