As any Spider-Man fan knows, the third movie in the franchise is always the best. And that's undoubtedly true of
Spider-Man: No Way Home.
The movie starts with our hero, Peter Parker, finding himself in a dark place after the previous film's events.
After his victory against Mysterio, the super-villain left Peter Parker with a parting gift: the whole world now knows Spider-Man's identity.
For the young Peter, who had finally found love and stability, this meant no rest for a while to come.
A spell from Doctor Strange, which was to save Peter from this mess, turns out not to work, but the damage is done.
Suddenly, ghosts from the past of other Spider-Men across the Multiverse converge on Peter Parker's world and threaten revenge.
It's up to Spider-Man to save the world once again, no matter the cost. Now Peter has to face responsibility.
Because of him, all those villains are in his Universe and will eventually die if they return. However, Parker thinks they can be redeemed.
Strange doesn't care.
The two end up fighting. Peter runs off with the villains and tries to do the right thing.
He discovers that with great powers besides great responsibilities, there are also significant consequences for his actions, which can be tragic.
Spider-Man: No Way Home unified the Spideyverse, healed old wounds, and had a moment of redemption that left the entire theater teary-eyed.
We learned that it's silly to argue about which movie is better.
They all have something cool, and if even a web-head like Peter Parker can grow up, so can we.
