Jimbo is one of the bullies at Springfield Elementary School, and he is best friends with Kearney Zzyzwicz.
He is tall, overweight, has a bowl-cut hairstyle, and wears a black shirt with a skeleton and blue pants. Jimbo's skull-like face has earned him the nickname "Retarded Jimbo."
He owns a pet snake named Strangles. He is also an accomplished mischief maker, spray painter, fraudster, and Smokey the Bear impersonator.
In general, while Jimbo can be dim-witted and aggressive, he is not inherently evil or mean-spirited like some other bullies, such as Nelson Muntz or Kearney Zzyzwicz.

Jimbo Jones is one of those kids that seems to embody all the worst traits in a student.
He's brash, he's mean, he's a bully, and he's always looking to cause trouble. So it's no surprise that he was given the nickname "the worst kid in school" by Bart Simpson.
Jimbo first appears in the episode "The Telltale Head," where Bart tries to impress Jimbo and his friends by chopping off the head of the statue of Jebediah Springfield.
This doesn't go over well, and Jimbo quickly cements his reputation as a troublemaker.
From there, Jimbo appears sporadically throughout the series getting into mischief and causing trouble for Bart and his friends.
