Not to mention transforming the status of Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey into superstars or the explosive cult afterlife that catapulted itself into sequels, spinoffs, and remakes that to this day leave us with a tear in the corner of our eye and urge us to look for the ballroom dancing class nearest our residence.
