Brian Cosgrove and Mark Hall created the series in 1981 as a clever parody of British spy action shows, where the star was a super agent rat, accompanied by Penfold, the world’s 12th best assistant.
Anyone between the ages of 30 and 50 can quickly identify Danger Mouse as a reasonably strong television memory. It was shown during the ’80s and 90’s, revealing the adventures of a fearless secret agent and his clumsy sidekick, under the command of Colonel K, with the mission of fighting criminals, namely, Baron Silas Greenback and the crows Stiletto Mafiosa and Leatherhead.
