DC’s Dark Nights: Metal arc brought one of the most surprising and well-known alternate versions of Batman in recent times: the Batman Who Laughs, living proof of what could happen if Batman and the Joker were merged into one being.

The villain is much more than an “evil Batman,” having played a significant threat to the DC Multiverse and the publisher’s main heroes with his dark appearance and dreadful deeds.

The Batman Who Laughs is Bruce Wayne from Earth-22, who was forced to kill the Joker to stop a series of deaths that the villain was causing. The clown was eliminating several other Batman villains and infecting children in a hospital with the Joker Venom.

However, in killing the villain, Batman ended up being infected, and in a few days, drove Bruce to insanity.

Getting rid of Joker seemed like a great idea until he inhaled some of that laughing gas and went even more nuts than the Joker himself. Still, this Batman Who Laughs soda figure will look great in everyone’s Funko Collection.
