Funko Vinyl Soda: Disney Pixar Coco: Miguel With Guitar – Wondercon 2021

Miguel, the central character from Disney Pixar’s animated film Coco, joins the Funko POP! collection once again, here in a fantastic Exclusive and Limited Edition that makes him even more special.

Funko Vinyl Soda: Disney Pixar Coco: Miguel with Guitar Vinyl Soda Figure – Wondercon, Wondrous Convention 2021, and Funko Shop Shared Exclusive is scheduled to be released on April 23rd, 2021, at 6 AM PT in stores and online.

Miguel is a 12-year-old aspiring musician struggling against his family’s ancient prohibition on music. When a magical mishap takes him to the Land of the Dead, Miguel seeks out his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz, to help him return to the Land of the Living before it is too late.

In “Coco,” Miguel recycles an old guitar, restoring and painting it to resemble the guitar of Ernesto de la Cruz. The filmmakers knew that if they asked an adult artist to draw, it wouldn’t work. Director Lee Unkrich invited his son to join the project and create the recycled guitar design. Awesome!

But you don’t have to visit the Land of the Dead! There are plenty of ways to bring the fun of the Day of the Dead over to the Land of the Living. Just follow the rhythm of your own drum!
