NYCC 2021- NEW Masters of The Universe: Roboto Funko Soda

The Funko Vinyl Soda! Masters of The Universe – Roboto Funko Vinyl Soda Figure is a Funko Virtual Con NYCC 2021 – Toy Tokyo Shared Exclusive and will be available at Funko Shop on October 7th, 2021 at 9 am PT and at shared retailers on October 8th at 6 am PST.

Roboto was introduced in the Masters of the Universe toyline in 1985. However, his first appearance is in The Battle of Roboto Mattel mini-comic.

He was built by Man-At-Arms, who gave him a cybernetic heart enhancement, allowing him to feel human emotions and interact with his comrades as a human rather than a machine. As a result, he was a courageous fighter, even to the point of taking on Hordak in single combat in a single issue.

Funko Soda Roboto is ready to join He-Man in defending Castle Grayskull and Eternia in your Masters of the Universe collection. Only 5,000 of this exclusive collectible were made and there’s a 1 in 6 chance that you may find the metallic chase!

Unlike most of the other figures released at this time, Roboto was fortunate enough to have an entire episode dedicated to him. Happy Birthday Roboto features a radically different origin story, in which he was a space explorer from the alien world of Robotica, who landed on Eternia.

Initially destroyed by the incident, it was repaired and restored by Man-At-Arms.
