Oogie Boogie is one of the terrifying monsters of Halloween Town. It is also one of the most complex and strange: it is an evil being with the appearance of a burlap sack, but inside there are thousands of bugs (along with 2 spiders and a snake for a tongue).

Oogie rivals Jack Skellingtong for the king of Halloween and wants to take down Sandy Claws for fun and ruin Christmas. In the end, Jack stops him and finishes him off by making him unravel.
