Jeremy Jamm is one of the most unpleasant and annoying characters in Parks & Recreation, making him memorable and one of my favorites.
He's the guy who always has to be right, have the last word, and be the center of attention.
Despite all of his annoying qualities, Jeremy Jamm is a character that you can't help but love.
He's so over-the-top and ridiculous that you can't help but laugh at him, making him one of the best characters on Parks & Recreation.

At the Heart of Parks and Recreation was the story of Leslie Knope, a dedicated public servant and perhaps the most enthusiastic person in all of Indiana.
Her indomitable spirit made this series one of the funniest and most enjoyable sitcoms of all time.
But every Superman needs a Lex Luthor; in Leslie's case, that person was Jeremy Jamm. He turned out to be the right character at the right time.
When Parks and Recreation debuted, it was a bad clone of The Office. But, over time, the series began developing its identity and sense of humor.
By season 3, it was pulling out all the stops and producing classic episodes.
However, even though the series had a lot of great characters and storylines, there was still something missing.
As it turned out, the show was missing an antagonist of some sort to help move the storyline forward.
When Ben Wyatt and Chris Traeger debuted in episode 23 of season 2, it looked like they could fill that void.
However, it quickly became apparent that this would not be the case throughout season 3, when Chris and Ann began dating and the epic, series-defining romance between Ben and Leslie started.
Without a powerful antagonist, the series lacked tension.
That's when Jeremy Jamm came on the scene.
He made his debut in Season 5, Episode 3, right after Leslie was elected to the Pawnee City Council. Jamm was another board member whose arrival was anticipated in Season 4.
He made his first appearance using Leslie's private bathroom, arguing that she didn't deserve it just because she was the only female member of the Council.
It was a surprisingly awkward introduction. Jamm turns out to be the anti-Leslie.
He was in government simply to enhance his own wealth, taking advantage of every conceivable angle for personal gain.
Jamm's jaded view of local government has led to seemingly endless confrontations with Leslie Knope.
These battles would eventually become a large part of Leslie's time on the Pawnee City Council, for better or worse.
