Monsters At Work will take us back to the universe of Monsters Inc and is out in July on the Disney+ platform. Check out the trailer!
Monsters, Inc is back at work and will be one of Disney+’s summer series! Monsters At Work is the sequel to the 2001 Pixar film and will introduce us to another side of the monster society that hides behind the doors of children around the world.
In the animated format, Monsters At Work begins after the movie’s end, when Monsters, Inc stops using children’s screams to create energy and starts enjoying the laughter.
A Disney+ original animation, Monsters At Work, shows us a new Monstropolis adjusting to Mike and Sulley’s discoveries and a company that starts looking for Jokesters instead of Scarers.
Tylor Tuskmon, the new protagonist, is a young monster who was first in his class at Monsters University and had always dreamed of being a Scarer until he gets a job at Monsters, Inc and finds that scares are out, and laughs are the new job.
When he is temporarily assigned to the Monsters, Inc Facilities Team (MIFT), Tylor will have to work with a group of misfit mechanics while adjusting his goals to become a Jokester.
The project features the voices of Ben Feldman (“Superstore”) as Tylor Tuskmon, plus Mindy Kaling (“The Mindy Project”), Lucas Neff (“Raising Hope”), Henry Winkler (“Barry”), Alanna Ubach (“Bombshell – The Scandal”), Billy Crystal and John Goodman.
It is scheduled to premiere on the streaming platform on July 7.
