According to Avatar News, Netflix is already searching for an actress to play Princess Azula in Avatar: The Last Airbender live-action series. In addition, it has reportedly been confirmed that she will appear in its first season.

So far, little information has been released about her role. This suggests that casting has not yet begun or is already happening but in a secretive mode.

The actor cast to play the exiled prince is Dallas Liu, an American of Indonesian and Chinese origin. So it is likely that they will look for an actress with the same background as him.
