2021 NEW Avengers Endgame Old Man Steve Funko Pop! Exclusive

The new Funko Pop! Marvel: Year of The Shield – Old Man Steve Funko Pop! Vinyl Figure dropped today as an Amazon Exclusive, modeled after everyone’s favorite patriot.

Steve Rogers, codename Captain America, is one of the Marvel Universe’s main heroes and one of the greatest comic book characters of all time.

His first appearance took place when the world was tense, and he quickly became a symbol of the United States, managing to stay on top until today.

Captain America ended his journey in Avengers: Endgame (2019) by returning to the past and living life alongside Peggy Carter. In the film’s final moments, an aging Steve Rogers reunites with his colleagues to pass on his shield.

Steve Rogers did not appear in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and was barely mentioned by Sam and Bucky. Apparently, society declared the hero dead.

There is still the possibility that the hero is alive but isolated from the events of the world, while Falcon continues the Captain America legacy.

At the end of Avengers: Endgame, we see Steve passing straight through the timeline and then appearing very old. He comments to Sam that he has decided to have the life Tony wanted for him, following what Tony Stark himself told him at the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron:

Tony Stark: Well, it’s time for me to tap out. Maybe I should take a page out of Barton’s book. Build Pepper a farm, hope nobody blows it up.

Steve Rogers: The simple life.

Tony Stark: You’ll get there one day.

Steve Rogers: I don’t know. Family, stability… The guy who wanted all that went in the ice 75 years ago. I think someone else came out.
